Congratulations! Ohio Man Arrested for 12th DUI
Who said that we've gotten tougher on drunk driver over the past few years? At least in Medina, Ohio, you can get arrested a least a dozen times before they even think about putting you away for good.
Authorities in Medina arrested a man on Thanksgiving Day for allegedly driving drunk. The arrest was the man's 12th for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Medina Police Chief Patrick Berarducci tells Fox 8 News, on Thursday evening, Kelly Dorler, 45, of Medina, was arrested after police received a phone call from a citizen who said Dorler's van was weaving from lane-to-lane on West Washington Street. The caller followed Dorler until police could arrive.
Once pulled over, police arrested Dorler for OVI, a third degree felony. A blood alcohol test showed his blood alcohol content was .174, more than two times the legal limit in Ohio.
